At Lloyd Granet, PA, we understand real estate, the value of your investments and the complexity of your legal matters. We are not a full service law firm, we limit our representations to real estate services and ancillary issues relating to real estate. Lloyd has been a Florida Board Certified Real Estate lawyer since 2006, a distinction earned from The Florida Bar. Board certification recognizes attorneys' special knowledge, skill and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Certification is The Florida Bar's highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys in Florida. Lloyd was the 2012-2013 Chair of the Real Estate Certification Committee for the state.
Lloyd Granet, P.A. is an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Lloyd co-authored the article entitled "Drafting and Negotiating Purchase and Sale Contracts for Commercial Properties" which appears in the Ninth Edition of the Florida Real Property Complex Transactions published by the Florida Bar.
Lloyd received the Peer Review rating of "AV Preeminent," which is the highest rating level attainable through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. The ratings are based on performance in five key areas, which are legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience.
Lloyd is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and maintains an active real estate license and is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance. Lloyd is also a frequent lecturer on commercial contracts. At the University of Miami School of Business Lloyd taught Business Law.
Prior to opening his Firm in Boca Raton, Lloyd was Vice President of Real Estate Development and General Counsel for Commerce Group in Delray Beach and Vice President and General Counsel for Concord Assets Group, Inc. in Boca Raton. Lloyd was an Associate Attorney with Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy (now Bryan Cave) in Atlanta, Georgia.
Lloyd enjoys living in Boca Raton with his wife Sylvia and has two daughters.

Benjamin is an associate with the firm and focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate law. Benjamin’s work includes representation of clients on commercial real estate transactional matters such as acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, and title insurance. Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked at a medium sized firm located in Boca Raton where he focused on assisting clients in the areas of real estate transactions, estate planning and establishing corporations and LLCs. Benjamin is a member of the Young Lawyers and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar. Benjamin resides in Boca Raton and when he is not at work, you will find him being active in the community and supporting the Florida State Seminoles and the Miami Dolphins.

Trisha is an associate with the firm focusing her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions including reviewing and negotiating acquisitions, loan financing documents and other development transactions and commercial leases. Prior to joining the firm, Trisha served as a Practice Director for a Fortune 500 Company where she oversaw large multi-million dollar anti-money laundering, litigation and administrative law projects for government agencies, corporate entities, banks and law firm clients. Trisha was instrumental in ensuring a successful client experience from initial engagement through to project completion. Trisha was born and raised in Boca Raton and her outside interests predominantly include arts and culture – she was a long-time ballerina and teacher at Boca Ballet Theatre and is a Founding Member of The Center for Arts and Innovation. Our law firm clients benefit from her personal and professional approach and they look forward to utilizing her skills for years to come.
